access your IT team enforces applies here too.
Offboarding is a directory action, so an account that is disabled at the school
is disabled here. Included on every plan, and your IT team connects it with a
single approval link.

If the signal drops
The oval is the worst Wi‑Fi in the school
So the whole day prints: score sheets, the running order with a tick box
beside every event, student programs, house rosters, staff briefings and a
setup card for each iPad.
If a device dies or the signal goes, the carnival keeps running on paper and
the results are keyed in afterwards. Nothing is lost, nothing is re‑run,
and the app prompts you to print the pack before you leave the office.
